Winning Rules

Must be 18 years or older

Must not be an employee of the company

Must have a Loop Pass. Sign-up for a Loop Pass at www.worldwideloop.com.

The applicant cannot have more than 1 (one) Loop Pass.

The applicant must have an e-mail account that belongs to the Applicant. The applicant can only register 1(one) e-mail account per person of qualified age.

Prize winning eligibility rules

Each winner is selected randomly. The odds of wining are based on the number of Loop members that answer a question correctly.

Loop Members have 30 days to claim any prize. In order to find out if he or she is a winner, the member must visit the Company\'s website, www.worldwideloop.com, and enter the Loop number in the prize winner menu within 30 (thirty) days after he or she answers a question correctly. If you use your Loop Pass the prize doubles. WorldWideLoop Inc. has no responsibility in notifying the members of any winnings.

Winner eligibility and compliance with the Company’s rules as per this Agreement are subject to verification.

The prize or any wining is not transferable, and it cannot be substitute.

In order to be eligible to claim a prize, benefit or any advantage offered by the Company, the member must be in compliance with all WorldwideLoop Inc. rules.

In the case of a travel gateaway or Hotel stay, the member must make reservations to the Hotel only through Company\'s website. The Cardholder must make his or her purchases while staying at that Hotel, or in any transaction entered with the Hotels, using his or her Loop Pass. These purchases will be made through Company\'s website www.worldwideloop.com

You must select the correct answer. Only 1 winner per territory. Territories are defined by WorldWideLoop Inc.

You can only answer each question 1 time. If you answer a question more than once you are disqualified.

If you refer a person to obtain a Loop Pass and that person wins in the Trivia contest, you can win up to a maximum of $100.00. The amount you win is at the total discretion of WorldWideLoop Inc.

Termination. Failure to comply with any of the provisions outlined in these rules will result in members termination of any rights with respect to the Loop Pass and its benefits, including prize winning. Members will receive a written notification as to the specific reasons of the termination. Members are free to not accept any winnings.
